My name is Dr. Stacie, I’m a physical therapist and the owner of The Physio Fix, and I’m so happy you’re here! As a former collegiate gymnast-turned-weightlifter, my passion lies in treating barbell athletes and gymnasts. I have also been a strength and conditioning coach for 15 years and a mobility specialist for 7 years and this experience allows me to effectively combine physical therapy with mobility and strength training principles to get you out of pain faster and become stronger and more resilient than ever before!
