I was also a mouth breather, doctor fixed an expander on my palate to expand.

Can anyone tell me how I nose breathe while sleeping because one side of my nose is blocked due to a bone or something(maybe deviated septum).This makes it harder to breathe through the nose especially while sleeping and the air may not reach the body properly if I tape my mouth.

As a former mouth breather don’t tape your mouth if you have allergies. You can try mouth tape with nose strips or take anti allergy pills
