when I woke up I noticed a slight pain in my throat and since I had broken my nose earlier in my life and had been breathing through my mouth for a long period of time, I began to suspect that despite the fact that my nose had been working for a long time at night I could breathe through my mouth, I never I was snoring, but even if my mouth was slightly open, I was most likely breathing through it. At the beginning of the year I bought a tooth protector, this silicone thing in the shape of teeth, you put it in your mouth and it’s hard to breathe through it, now at least I don’t feel a sore throat in the morning so it probably works

I was mouth breathing as a child and now I suffer a lot from it. I only stopped mouth breathing 1 month ago (I'm 21 now) and I don't know how much of the negative side effects I can reverse.... everytime I see my face, I just see wasted potential and that hurts a lot. It's wasted potential because I literally see what mouth breathing ruined and what would be better if I was a nose breather, but nobody told me to nose breath. ...,

Can anyone tell me how I nose breathe while sleeping because one side of my nose is blocked due to a bone or something(maybe deviated septum).This makes it harder to breathe through the nose especially while sleeping and the air may not reach the body properly if I tape my mouth.

As a former mouth breather don’t tape your mouth if you have allergies. You can try mouth tape with nose strips or take anti allergy pills
