Nostalgia run: Remember how you used to hang upside down on your chair? legs where your back would go, back where your legs would be, and your head hanging off the edge as you watched the world move around you upside down. Remember when you could run and play for days? Not a care in the world? Remember when you could sit in a cardboard box and imagined it was whatever you wanted it to be? A car, a spaceship, the options were limitless really.... Remember how you used to pour soda into the cap and pretend you were big like the adults? Drinking in there fancy little shots, heh... that was fun. You used to tape your mouth shut, or poked holes in your eraser with a pencil, or used the smaller erasers as puppets once they started to break, you may remember snack time at daycare or home, playing with your animal crackers. You would play with your voice in the fan, or have pillow fights with friends and family. There was flappy bird and school trips to the zoo or other places, book fairs and cartoons, maybe even running under a parachute at gym. All of this was important in our life at some point, wasn't it? It was always so... thrilling, right? I miss all those carefree days of being a kid, and i'm sure you might as well, but take care now friends. It will get better soon, trust me.

Edit 1 - Nostalgia run continued: Before you read this, what's the password? Oh, yep, the password is password! You can pass.... Remember jumping on the bed? Or spending time at grandma's and grandpa's? Or maybe having your parents hang you over their back like a sack of potatoes, you might of been in touch with the world and people around you, close friends and nothing going on to separate you. Sleepovers at their house, makeovers maybe or rough housing, taking long car rides to the place you love. Dinosaur chicken nuggets and mac'n'cheese, such good food. It all.....seems so far away now, to us as kids it had seemed like those days would never and now, time is over before we even know it, overwhelming us even when we don't allow it. This might be the last I edit this, I simply thought of more things we miss from childhood. Take care friends....and I'm sorry to any I made cry, but please know it's ok to cry, ok?

Edit 2 - Likely my final edit: I just want to say now, thank you to anyone that has liked or commented here, and I wish for it to be a kind of checkpoint for everyone, or maybe just a nice gasp for breath. Please, don't forget the memories you've made as a kid, cherish them, hold them close. Write what you feel here, what's going on in your life, you'll feel better. Drink plenty of water, eat a nice meal, and get plenty of rest; if you have a pet find them and cuddle with them, you don't know how long you'll have left with them. Maybe buy a plant to care for it, you could learn something more about yourself as you go. But just return here, return to your childhood, and return to your memory as often as you can, because sometimes it's the only thing you have. (Nov 29)
