This was great. Very challenging. Had to modify a several times. One day I hope I can make it through completely with no modifying, but Iโ€™m not that physically fit. Iโ€™ve had 3 spinal surgeries and Iโ€™m in my 40s. so Iโ€™d say Iโ€™ve gotten pretty damn far in my journey to recovery and actually amazed I am able to finally do workouts Iโ€™d never thought Iโ€™d be able to do again. Thank you for helping me along to prove that with the power of your mind and determination you can overcome battles. These workouts have changed my life. Thank you. Very grateful I am.

Just found this channel! Big fan of quick intense workouts that anyone can do at home. I'm always promoting stuff like this to my clients or in our own videos. 30min or even less is really all you need, especially as a beginner starting out on their fitness journey.
