I've been working neck bridging on couches, therapy beds, and weight benches or with aero pads for myself and clients / patients. I do think you can also set up the rotation with your own hands manually and move dynamically, just modulating your hand resistance somewhat. It works, but I will certainly be giving the banded version a shot, it looks relatively comfortable. Thank you for this, and all your other videos, they're excellent.
