Yup, he is right, the ones who aren't having structural blueprint genetics may suffer alot with this chubby cheeks even after low body fat percentages, i recommend to those Buccal fat removal surgery for permanent solution...!!

Yup proud to say I been doing this for two years and yeah just cardio, chew hubba bubba gum 2 hrs a day, and drink 3 L of water everyday, youre gucci man, trust. Just avoid alcohol and your sodium intake, it's that easy.
