Ok Brett I’m going to try everything you listed out. Why no not because you said so but because thus far everything you have said has been true and right on for me. The tongue thing is a game changer. When I was younger a dentist told me to that because that's where my bad breath was coming from. For some reason things stick to my tongue a lot easier than most. If I drink coffee, it stains my tongue brown. So I brush my tongue and my teeth with my tooth brush after I've eaten and had coffee

Really interesting, I think the psychological stuff at the end is substantial. A few thoughts; not a criticism but you have a conservative look and very upmarket. The bag balm, I'll use it again...also concealer just under the eyes, I was considering that. When you get older, best to keep some weight in the face...too thin at my age (58) is really ageing as I found out when I lost too much. Hair style makes so much difference, you are right.
Also I saw a programme where they got people who were on junk food and not exercising, and sorted that out and they looked 10 years younger, cardio makes a lot of difference I think. Cheers anyway :-)

Good tips Brett..The important one is the last, it really makes a difference to smile and be cheerful around people. I have known guys who weren’t particularly attractive but made up for it with confidence and a charismatic personality. 👍 P.S. I’m going to try the gum, I chew gum regularly (Chewing gum, This was a old school tip for boxers to strengthen their jaw muscles, also lifting a light weight tied to a towel for high reps.) thats what I do a couple of times a week. Nice one fella👏
