This is such a great 'go-to' workout, esp when you've only got 20 mins to knock something out. I also really love Rhys and Amy's chill yet motivating vibe! Thank you, Self! And yes, please bring Lita on for some more videos as well! Love me some Lita!

I love the Rhys-Amy-Lita(!!) Self workouts! These 3 folks are such positive, encouraging people and trainers! I love the pacing and the "mellowness" of it all, and yet I always get a really fantastic workout! I especially love these shorter bodyweight HIIT videos bc I can tack them on to the end of a cardio workout or do it stand alone when I'm running short on time. If I could tuck a workout into my pocket to keep on hand for anytime, this would be the one. Thanks Rhys and Amy (and Lita! Wherever you are!)

Nice decent short workout i have had to train myself to accept that sometimes you gotta do short workouts they all don’t have to be 45 to 60 minutes workouts
