Wow, this is amazing transformation!! Thanks for sharing it. I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarizee and started doing some exercises at home. My sister was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 80lbs thanks to my diet and dedication, and I'm strongly motivated for more. I'm feeling a lot happier now, especially because I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀

I think the main thing (which you demonstrate well in the video) is focusing on eating whole foods and preparing as much as possible from scratch. I also think it might be good for people to learn how to “cheat” in a healthy an sustainable way. It can be easy to give into the “all or nothing” mindset where 1 cookie is a source of guilt and potentially sets of a chain reaction of binging, whereas it ought to be seen as merely a “less nutritious” food that can be adjusted for in some other meal rather than it being the end of the world. I also think you’re correct in that protein ought to be high (probably higher than many people think).
There’s a lot of misinformation out there about cutting, bulking, recomp, etc. Though it looks like you did a pretty solid job on your recomp/slight cut

I’d love to see you make a summary of your fitness journey, from beginning to end. You have made some great progress over the time I have followed the channel! I think it would be quite interesting to hear your thoughts on the different training and diet methods you have used. Btw good work on the end results, clearly you have been putting in the hard work 👍👍
