Hey Cam,
I'd like to point out some aspects, that might help in the future.
1. You mentioned 1600 calories, but this seems too low for C-Bum even in peak week, so I'm assuming you've scaled this to your own weight. If not - keep in mind 2 things - Chris's maintenance is around 3500 kcal, while yours is likely around 2500, given the difference in weight and muscle mass. Second, as you said, Chris DOES NOT sustain such a diet for weeks, this is likely peak week level of restriction.
2. The training modalities of beginner, intermediate and advanced people vary greatly. A "bro-split", i.e. every part has it's own day, or something similar is WAY LESS EFFECTIVE for beginners or intermediate lifters in comparison to other popular splits like PPL or UL (or even 3x Full Body). This much of a focus and resting times between sessions for the same muscle group is required for people with huge amounts of muscle, since they need so much volume and thus, recovery to grow that anything less might be insufficient.
All in all, although a fun willpower experiment, there is nothing to gain from such competition level types of restriction and training splits, you're far better off cutting for 6-14 weeks at a time, with a stable(-ish, you might need to auto-regulate) ~500 calories deficit and a good beginner or intermediate split.
Cheers!

Isn’t it more reasonable to assume that most of the weight loss was water though? Isn’t that typical at the beginning of a calorie deficit? Especially if your cutting diet had less sodium and you also upped your activity levels. I feel like this kind of challenge could be more effective if done for a longer time. To me, at least a month is necessary to notice a reasonable amount of change from a shift in diet or exercise. At one week, there’s all sorts of factors that could make a person lose more or less weight than expected

Thank you for the video and a "torture" that you endured :D I don't know why many people in the comments are talking about results and that it takes months. The video is clearly states that it is to see what happens in a week with this routine for a beginner user and it shows exactly that. It wasn't made to see if Chris's shape could be achieved, it was to try how hard it would be and there are results: constipation, carbs withdraw, weight loss (with muscles and not only fat). I think video delivered exactly what it promised. Thank you again! No-one, except professionals, should try to do it for a month or more.
