Wow, this is amazing transformation!! Thanks for sharing it. I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarizee and started doing some exercises at home. My sister was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 80lbs thanks to my diet and dedication, and I'm strongly motivated for more. I'm feeling a lot happier now, especially because I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath πŸ˜€

I’d love to see you make a summary of your fitness journey, from beginning to end. You have made some great progress over the time I have followed the channel! Yo bro! Well done. I've actually seen a few of these videos you've done. Getting better with practice! Why didn't you tell us any numbers in terms of weight change and body fat%? Also, what were your total macros? Fat,Carbs, and protein? How did you track them? Thanks, keep up the good work!
