what exercises do you recommend to stregnthen the muscles that support the kidneys ....also what exercises do you recommend after an open exploratory abdominal surgery-left side --surgical cuts from bellybutton to spine all the way around with all muscles on that side cut and resown 3x..and some missing internal body parts...and how to address scarring internal-adhesions and internal tissue tearing....inquiring mind and need2know question...your young but you got insight and talent so what is your perception or perspecitive...i understand that it is hard to relate to something you have never experienced but working with other patients you may have gleaned some gr8 insights.manythxs
