My mental health is probably better or Im not quite sure but yeah, going to therapy over a year but itโs not rlly helping me. Wish that I could just go back when I was 8/9 and try all over. 1. 8. 2023.
Update: Here I am again. Its been a while since I listened to this playlist, mainly because I use spotify way more, but yeah. My mental health was better for a few months, but I stopped going to therapy, stopped going to any doctors. Probably will be kicked out of school. It is what it is right haha.
