i dont know where to say this, i just have to get this out. I had a dream today about a beautiful landscape, all flat. There was a small village at the right, and a lake at the left. I remember that behind me was a big rock wall that extended as far as i could see. Somewhere in the distance there was a huge mountain. Everything was unknown, all the animals, creatures, trees, everything was new. like if i had gone to another world. The mountain had a small rock path that led all the way up to it. The clouds were beautiful to. Blue sky. It all seemed perfect. I wanted to stay. But i guess that i cant go back.

When I was 14, I experienced a terrible period of harsh insomnia that lasted for 5 years until i was 19. During that time, I taught myself nearly every lucid dreaming technique I could find, and quickly, using those techniques became the only way i could fall asleep. I'm recovered now and 5 years on it seems distant, as if It happened to someone else, but sometimes i remember those dreams, and sometimes, out of the blue, my consciousness awakens while I sleep - Maybe i should sit down one day and write about the adventures I had, this music certainly motivates me to do so

I have had a lot of problems getting away from dreams. It is not aspersions. The issue is with actual dreams, so realistic that distinguishing them from what is regarded as, "reality," is extremely difficult for me. The diagnosis was schizophrenia. Years of agonising treatment, hospitalization, and therapy taught me real from phantasy. For years I have been functioning knowing the difference. However, I was so much happier when my life was just as real in dreams, even more real, most of the times. I had two realities. Now, I only have one very depressing reality. Though, I will not stop my medications, I really want my alternative reality back. I hate this reality and everything that is forced on us. I want to return to my reality were happiness, beauty, and adventure dominate. In this reality, depression, ugliness, fear, oppression, repetition, dominate. I hate reality. I want to regain my world. I am trying this tonight.
