I lost the love of my life to a car accident last Thursday. I am not well. I hope she is at peace and that all of you remember to tell the people in your life how much you love and appreciate them.

This Vapor wave stuff always brings up the memories of those I lost in the last 4 years. I always remembered asking my Mom as a kid late at night, why she would stay up so late and cry alone? She would say she misses her Mom and sometimes needs time alone to grieve. I now know the feeling of what it’s like to have those sleepless nights, and now the person sitting at the kitchen table late at night missing my own mother.
As kids, we only wonder why.
As adults, we then experience it ourselves. This track sure brings it out of you huh?

This reminds me SO much of the 'crystal music' I used to listen to to go to sleep, when I was a child! I had brutal insomnia but that music never...ever failed to put me sound-asleep. I was just listening to one of my all-time-favourites - Joe Harnells "The Lonely Man" Theme - (Rest in Peace, Bill Bixby & Harnell) when this video showed up. Even though there is no big orchestra behind, sometimes all it needs is a dedicated composer with lots of feeling and sense. Beautiful and relaxing music. Thank you for your inspiration and sharing!
