Today was my 18th birthday, I'm scared about the fact that I'm becoming an adult and somehow these songs and the stories in the comments helped me feel better, I'm still scared, but I hope this all passes soon. I've been having troubles recently with YouTube, video games, and lack of self-control (random noises, tapping things, random movements with hands) but this is really helping calm me down from the tension and stress that those habits build over time. I've instead been listening to music lately and I'm glad to say that I've generally been much happier. I've also discovered the beauty and details of trees, everyday life, and life as a whole. I've also discovered journaling and putting my thoughts down in a tangible way. Whoever reads this, have a great day, and enjoy and be grateful for what you have in the present moment.
