"You're not sad anymore, just angry," but, like, under that anger is just more sadness ๐ Funny enough, the root cause of anger is usually pain cuz someone hurt you, like they mistreat you or betray you in some way (or like when you stub your toe). I can't think of a single instance where it comes from anything else. Even in the case of revenge for someone else, it's still tied to you, either because that person was important to you (or important to someone important to you) or it crossed the line of a particular moral that's important to you. I guess that means, evolutionarily, anger is an extra boost to protect ourselves & those important to us (cause, y'know, adrenaline & all that). Anyway, this was fun, thanks for the inspiration~

Anger comes from sadness it protects you from all those who want to hurt you. Its an extra layer of armor and this armor comes with weapons everything you can do to avoid getting hurt again or avoid trusting them again but sometimes you can forget this armor and get hurt again and again that you just cant anymore. anyways ty for this.
