I'm just madly in love with myself after years of self hate and let me tell you: All those heart wrecking therapy sessions were worth it. I'm so happy with who I am and how I am. I'm exactly the person I needed my whole childhood. Kind, loving, respectful, emotionally mature, relaxed, considered but also independent and self-confident and aware of her own boundaries and not afraid to protect herself or others. I feel like I finally found my inner self. The seed of my personality that everyone around me as a child wanted to wither away. But now I found it and I took care of it and now I'm in awe of the flower blooming in my heart.

some people don't understand how big of an importance romanticizing life is , they think it's just a stupid silly delusional thing to do . but the thing is that life is all about perception, it can be the same shitty day over nd over but if you romanticize it , notice the beautiful little things and focus on them instead and take some time for urself away from all the stress even if it's just a coffee or reading a book or going or a walk, it would feel so much better .

Ive come back to this playlist after healing my mental health and my perspective on life is so different to a few months ago. Its shocking that I used to relate to all these comments about the exhaustion and turmoil a lot of people like myself experience(d). Its now 2024 Valentines Day and im back from school after doing my hair up nice, talking to new people, participating well in pe, and feeling confident in my own self. I wanted to find a playlist to set the mood while studying and it just hit me with the amount of people going through what I had gone through. So whoever's struggling out there i promise life is worth living and it gets worse before it gets better. These lessons your learning now are worth the wait and the universe is cheering for you!! Just like me, you'll look back and be proud that you endured all the hard times and youll be grateful for everything you've gained from it no matter how painful it was.
