I feel so numb my emotions weren't always that there in the first place but over time its just gotten worse i dont really feel much anymore it just feels heavy i cant even feel the sadness except those times when it all just comes like a wave of emotion anger sadness stress but the times i feel happy are basically non existent i want to feel but at the same time i remember the times when i did and it was just full of pain so i also dont

When you want to tell your family youâre actually not ok, and youâre really struggling mentally but they rely on you to be their light in the darkness and put all their troubles onto you as if you were a therapist, but they donât return the favor and listen when you try to express your own feelings, so you feel completely trapped in your unhappiness like you can never get away because your family needs you, and you are the only perfect child so there is no room for flaws you just have to keep smiling and acting like everythingâs ok. Even though deep down youâre screaming for freedom, youâre screaming for change, youâre screaming to escape every single responsibility, itâs to the point you donât want to sleep at night or wake up the next morning because you know everything is still the same. You just want to crawl into bed and hide under the sheets in the darkness hugging your knees forever. đ
