I suffer from bipolar and depression. I could never relax and fall asleep, my mind is going a million miles an minute. But my body is tired.
Luckily enough I came across The Mindful Movement. I can easily drift off to sleep now. Sometimes it's still a struggle but somehow you manage to get me to sleep!! And I noticed that I've been having amazing dreams. Positive ones...
In the morning, I feel really refreshed and ready to take on the day.

I was so excited to listen to this new meditation for the first time as I have enjoyed other sleep meditations from Sarah Raymond and the Mindful Movement. As I drifted off to sleep during the powerful message I was awakened by an ad at the end with loud brass music, effectively erasing everything I had experienced. So sad that I cannot listen again at night anymore. 😢
