I stopped looking for guided meditation when I found your voice - around 5-6 months ago. Works for me, I don't need to look for another voice. I practiced the "Confidence" for around 4 months and really worked. Being beneficial to me I shared 2 videos with Tolerating Uncertainty group members I'm attending. This video is very helpful but this morning at 5:00 I started it to go back to sleep and after about 7 minutes, an add came on. Was I surprised! I know that it is out of your control but YouTube might want to know. It worked out because I did go back to sleep for the needed time. Thank you.
