32 years on this planet and nothing puts me to sleep like this. I’m a massage therapist for over a decade and use similar yoga-style modalities. No other video. No other sound. No other meditation, has ever, ever worked like this. When you have a gift like this, your voice you’re soft power behind it, is for a reason. I agree with the previous comments. This is an excellent yoga nidra is very well done and Ally, your voice is pleasant and soothing. I used to listen to podcasts to help me fall back asleep when i wake up an anxious wreck in the middle of the night. I heard about yoga nidra from a Huberman podcast. That led me to this video and it's amazing how effective it is. I've tried others but I always come back to this one. Thank you so much for this! I have suffered from insomnia for probably the last 10 years. My therapist turned me onto yoga nidra and I have thanked her ever since. I did a YouTube search for other yoga nidra meditation on my own and you an another person has been my go to!! Wow!! First time listening to this particular meditation and I must say I slept so good!! Atleast until my bladder was screaming at me!! Live it!!
