I appreciate all the work that goes into making these, I listen to one almost every night before bed.❤ Lately I’ve been struggling with self love and this meditation helped me so much I had been crying all day because of how bad Ive been feeling about myself but this just helped me so much ty I really appreciate you guys soo much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I am just now realizing I’ve been loving everyone else in my life but not me. These meditations are changing me as a human, woman, soul. I’ve always just been someone that needed to do for others and I’m exhausted. It’s time to fill my own cup, without any guilt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video. I love the concept of a sleep sanctuary in which you feel safe. This meditation is very calming as I have such difficulty shutting off the chatter in my mind. This guided meditation is very affirming and relaxing. Thank you so much Sarah.
