I’ve been using Tiege since it came out. Pretty sure the correct order is face wash (toner if you wanna use that) then a serum, followed by eye cream, and the moisturizer is saved for last.

I want to clarify: for those (like me) who suffer from oily skin, that does NOT mean skip the moisturizer. That’s the biggest mistake people make because they think they’re face is already too oily and gross and so they think moisturizer is unnecessary or itll make it worse. The complete opposite is true, you need to wash your face to get rid of that oil and bacteria, then MOISTURIZE so that your body doesn’t see the need to produce so much oil. On top of that DRINK MORE WATER. Your face is overcompensating for dehydration by producing a crap load of oil which leads to acne. My whole family has terrible oily skin and so did I my whole life but washing + moisturizing + drinking several bottles of water a day got rid of it

Hey Brett, i have a suggestion, I think it's better to rename the title as : " 3 Min Skincare Routine I did as a Model " ,
why i think this is better ?
1. You were a model yourself
2. New viewers would want to learn directly from the model rather than from someone "who learned from models"(as the current title suggest)

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

it’s also a good idea to do an ice plunge for your face after u face wash but before u moisturize
this will help tighten ur pores and the rest of ur face so your face doesnt look puffy and stuff

I recommend taking a second to splash on some SK-II morning & night before moisturizing to slow and reverse aging. It’s been a game changer for me
