Just to add to this you can also derma roll the area 1-2 times a week along with applying minoxidil and they will grow a lot

I’d also add things like eating as healthy as possible, keeping hydrated and sleeping 7-9 hours a night to keep all the hair and skin as healthy as possible.

Trimming is only neaded if wild thick eyebrows. To get better eyebrows - minoxidil, and brow dye. One BIG thing missing - eyebrow pencil - fast AF darker brows, just don't overdo it

In the pictures of Jessie Isenberg and Robert Pattinson, they changed other things apart from the eyebrows. Jessie got darker eyes as well with the strong eyebrows and Robert got slightly paler skin and lighter stubble in the picture with weak eyebrows.
I'm not saying the eyebrows don't make a difference, of course that's what changed their looks the most in the different pictures, but it's not the only thing that made that huge change in appearance.

I asked a doctor and done my own research on current studies about oral vs topical minoxidil and the current general opinion is there is not enough of a difference to switch to the other. The only reason to switch would be if one is not being effective

You’re getting the mechanics behind minoxidil wrong, it actually makes the growth phase of the hair cycle longer and the resting, resetting and falling out phases shorter. This may or may not be the cause of increased blood flow but either way the main effect is how it effects the hair cycle
