Very helpful. 🤟 One thing I've been trying to study and practice in relation to the cheek buckle I'm fat loss part of you video was something that you didn't mention but the idea of fasting either intermittently or especially a longer more strict version it's specific nutrients I believe could create similar results especially with the great boost in autophagy! This is something I've been looking into that if you haven't already maybe you could check out and throw in one of your videos possibly the future?? If I look up fasting, intermittent fasting, prolonged fasting, the benefits of autophagy and the best ways to trigger it, etc, if this is interesting to you! Again thanks for everything though, man!
