Constant cortisol release (stress hormone) sustained for long periods of time is more poisonous than all the chemicals of cigarettes 😼 Is like we are so divided inside that we start fighting our selves, silently, trying to sustain the absurdity of this society. Freedom is the only way out. Deep freedom in body, heart and mind ❀
