A bit of insight into the stealth mechanic - AOE3 had stealth units that work basically the same, where you put them into "stealth mode" and they go completely invisible, and move about half speed. They don't engage automatically but as soon as you attack, they become visible. Some units have this built in, and others received it through a home city card. It's mainly a feature of the Native American civs.
Also, the poison arrow thing is new in AOE3 too, when DE came out the Incas was introduced as a new civ, and they have a unit called the Jungle Bowman that fires poison arrows. Basically it's a stackable Damage-over-time arrow, and each stack does 1 damage per second for 5 seconds. Interestingly, the Incas have a card that allows Jungle Bowmen to have the Stealth Mode ability, as described above :)
The automatic switch between melee/ranged is a core feature of AOE3, very noticeable on the Musketeer unit. This unit has a ranged attack like normal, but when units get close, they switch to using their bayonets and swing their firearm around, doing melee damage, similar to a spearman. Musketeers only counter cavalry in melee mode. In AOE3, you can select unit stances, and you can specifically tell units to only use melee-mode or ranged-mode or act like normal etc. I wonder if this will be done for the Donso unit!
I never cease to be surprised at Relic implementing AOE3 features into AOE4 at such density!

Very good video! You did miss one thing however at 9:31 we can see that the Malians are using traction trebs instead of normal trebs. Minor detail but want to help get everything

At around 4:25 you can see the sofa cavalry changing weapons from what look like swords to some kind of spear or lance. Maybe they have a charge attack like knights?
