Recently I did something I haven't done in a while; be a guest on someone else's show!

Forrest Hanson was kind enough to interview me for the Being Well podcast. You can see the video here or listen to the podcast on your platform of choice:

You've heard me talk about how caffeine can worsen symptoms of anxiety and depression. You know I'm a big believer in limiting (or removing) the things in your life that make managing your mental health more difficult - caffeine is one of them.

I also know having some kind of energy booster is very helpful. About a year ago I started using Magic Mind (‪@magicmindco‬) - for energy and focus without the anxiety spike.

Made with green tea, herbs and mushrooms, it delivers similar concentration benefits to caffeine without the jitters. This mental performance shot gives me the energy I need with only 55mg of organic caffeine (keeping me well under that 400mg daily threshold). Plus, it tastes incredible.

If you're struggling with energy, focus or the side effects of too much caffeine (jitters, crash, poor sleep), use the link below to get my deal.

At magicmind.com/SCOTT20
SCOTT20 gets you up to 48% off your first subscription for the next 10 days.

This is a paid promotion; I love this product and use it daily.

If you're struggling with symptoms of Childhood PTSD as an adult, you may not even realize it. The affects of abuse and neglect in childhood are hard things to shake, impacting your whole life if you don't know how to identify and manage it.

Childhood PTSD wasn't your choice then, so what can you do about it now?

I'm inviting you to a live conversation between myself and CPTSD expert, Anna Runkle (‪@CrappyChildhoodFairy‬).

You guys are simply incredible.

When I first wrote this book almost four years ago, I was terrified to publish it. I wasn’t sure if anyone would like it or if it could possibly help anyone. I almost chickened out and didn’t release it. I convinced myself that if I sold 100 copies I would consider that a success.

I never imagined we would 100x that number in less than four years. Thank you so very, very much for helping me achieve.

The first draft of my second book “The Light Between The Leaves” is complete. With the help of @benbellabooks we are starting the editing and design process. The target release date is spring of 2026. It’s going to be a very raw, vulnerable, and intense read. Your support with my first book has helped me grow my confidence in sharing deeper experiences and ideas.

If you want to make sure you stay up to date on my next project, please consider signing up for my newsletter:

Again, thank you so very, very much.
