Shona is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT500) with a passion for guiding people along their unique path to health and wellness. Originally from York, England, she is now based in South East Texas and is the founder and owner of Paradigm Yoga where you can find her teaching yoga in person and online.
