Hi, I'm Misty Tripoli.
I've been a fitness instructor for over 30 years and I can assure you... now that I'm in my 50s, I simply can't do the same kinds of exercises I used to.
My body just won't let me.
However, as we get older it's more important than ever to still move and stay as active as possible. That's why I created Body Groove.
