Want a routine that will obliterate fat? Here it is:
This routine combines different forms of cardio to maximize fat burning. Perform this routine 4-5 times a week. Always warm up before starting any exercise and cool down afterward.
Warm-Up (5-10 minutes)
- Dynamic Stretching: Arm circles, leg swings, torso twists.
- Light Cardio: Jogging in place, jumping jacks.
Cardio Routine (40-50 minutes)
1. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Sprints (15 minutes)
- Sprint: 30 seconds at maximum effort.
- Walk/Slow Jog: 1 minute for recovery.
- Repeat: 10 times.
2. Stair Climbing or Step-Ups (10 minutes)
- Climb or Step-Up: 1 minute at a challenging pace.

3. Cycling (15 minutes)

- Burpees: 1 minute.
- Mountain Climbers: 1 minute.
- Jump Squats: 1 minute.
- Rest: 1 minute.
- Repeat: 2 times.
Cool-Down (5-10 minutes)
- Light Cardio: Slow jogging or walking.
- Static Stretching: Focus on major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds.
This routine will help you burn fat effectively while improving cardiovascular health and overall fitness.
BUT (!) hereâs the catch: If you want to look truly impressive, you wonât achieve it with cardio. The only way to a great-looking body, especially for the older person (I will be 60 in a few months), is through resistance training and a very specific diet/supps routine. ONLY MUSCLE GIVES SHAPE! Just losing fat with intense cardio will reduce the little muscle you have, and you wonât look as good when itâs all said and done.
