The most disturbing part about this story is how it ends. After years of documenting visits and calls from government agents regarding his Mesa commentary, Phil Schneider was found in his home beaten, drugged with deadly toxins, tied up with his hands behind his back, and ultimately stangled on his own bed with a piece of medical tubing. The police immediately ruled the death an "apparent suicide" after the feds showed up and involved themselves in the investigation. His death happened 2 months after Schneider accused the US government's involvement in the disappearances of millions of Americans each year, mostly children.

About ten years ago, before YouTube's height of popularity, I remember seeing his speech about the attack/base; did a deep dive of researching about him and then found out he "died". I can tell you I was having trouble sleeping, not because of fear per se, but from possibilities and questions of our world. Crazy stuff for a freshman in college to stumble upon.

I watched a show about 15-18 years ago. It was about a door maker who had his business in Florida. The biggest door he made was for the space shuttle hanger. When asked what door was the strangest one he ever made, he replied â it was for the US Government, it was the thickest door and had the biggest hinges, I asked the US Government what it was for and the guys who came to pick up the door said â youâd sleep better at night if you didnât knowâ. That has never left my mind and to this day it makes me wonder what that door was used to keep in.

Being that I've had the unfortunate experience of being unlawfully detained, brutally assaulted, and falsely charged with crimes that I did not commit, all by local law enforcement, and despite abundant evidence that verified my innocence and the arresting officer's guilt, every last bit of evidence that proved criminal actions by the officer was either altered, unlawfully dismissed, or ignored all together by the regional "Superior" court of law. If government offices/personal are willing to take such drastic steps to hide the guilt of a single, insignificant law officer, I have no doubt about the extent that U.S. government "authorities" will go to hide the truth about pretty much anything.

Secret military tunnels do exist. There's a book entitled: "Underground Bases and Tunnels What is the Government Trying To Hide?" by Richard Sauder Ph D, that contains details of such tunnels and photographs of the mining equipment used to make them.
He also has a sequel book entitled: "Underwater and Underground Bases".
Both books are well worth reading.

Thank you for making this video.
For years, I have wondered why nobody followed up with poor Phil's story. I have commented elsewhere on his behalf.
Phil wasn't just a person with a conspiracy theory and a story about extraterrestrial enemies.
I saw him as a believer of values and beliefs that are becoming scarce. He had a sad kind of innocence. He was a believer who ended up in a living nightmare.
Regardless of which details you believe or doubt, hopefully you will see that Phil experienced something real and terrifying. He believed he understood it.
In his last appearances, three things were undeniable.
1. Phil had no more fight or fire left in him. His beliefs and values had been shattered.
2. He was absolutely terrified for himself, but even more frightened for us.
3. He knew he would soon be killed.
There was nothing left to him. All he had was his story, to pass along before he was gone.
So, I encourage you all to further research this man. See him. Hear him. See the differences between Phil and most other experiencers.
I always used one rule of thumb, to measure the authenticity of people who claim to have had encounters with "aliens" or other paranormal entities.
Was the encounter horrifying? Did it turn the person's view of reality upside down? Did the encounter derail the person's entire life?
Did it leave scars and not gifts?
In my experience, these details are ALWAYS present when the encounters are not being intentionally fabricated.
The person would do anything to erase the experience and they see no benefit from it.
Phil falls into that category. He hated and regretted every moment of his own story. All of it, except the details of his father, which are worth further investigation.
Rest in peace Phil.
Thanks for trying.

17:25 he technically wasn't wrong about the chemical weapons at Waco. The National Guard used tear gas which is legally a "chemical weapon". Said chemical weapon ignited due to the open flames (candles) inside the compound which then caused it to catch on fire.

The thing that convinced me that Phil was lying was the bit about being armed with a Walther PPK as a geologist/engineer for the US Government. That is not a job that requires being armed. If there really are black budget construction projects like that, they would not allow anyone to be armed aside from the military personnel providing security, and they would check everyone coming on the job site, so it couldn't be a personal carry gun. And the Walther PPK has never been issued to the US Military or and Federal agency (Phil probably just liked James Bond movies). If Phil had been someone authorized to be armed then it likely would have been a government issued weapon, which was the M1911A1 at the time. Even Phil's description of having to draw the weapon and load it by inserting the magazine and racking the slide is all wrong. If you're carrying a pistol for self defense then you don't carry it unloaded since it would take far to long to get it ready to fire. The whole point of a sidearm is to have a weapon that's small and easy to carry and loaded so that it's instantly available to defend yourself from any sudden threats. He even got the magazine capacity wrong for the PPK, saying it had a "9 shot clip" when in reality the pistol has a 6 round magazine and can have a round in the chamber with the hammer decocked and the safety on, for a total of 7 rounds. And why would they need environmental "space suits" for a digging and construction job? His story just doesn't make sense. I think that Phil had an accident with explosives or thermite as he was working as a regular geologist/engineer which caused the wounds to his hand and chest. I think he was forced into medical retirement after that and became a very bored and lonely man. I think he got into the UFO and conspiracy theory hobby and began to make up this fantastical story where he incorporated many popular conspiracy theories like aliens, the Dulce Base, his father being a former U Boat captain in Nazi Germany brought to the US under Project Paperclip, and included his own injuries to make it seem more believable. It allowed him to start touring the country at UFOlogy conventions where he was able to get all the attention he wanted and make some money. I believe that he was experiencing a lot of physical and mental pain due to his injuries, plus the struggles he was facing in his personal life, which led him to commit suicide with the assistance of a friend to stage the whole scene so that it looked like someone had broken in and killed him, hoping people would assume it had been the government wishing to silence him and make his story look even more believable. If the government had wanted to silence Phil they wouldn't have let him continue to give talks at conspiracy conventions and Coast to Coast AM for all those years.

The fact that YouTube needs to put a "Context" box to let you know this is a conspiracy theory just makes me feel like it's all the more real.
