Good tips, also without adding finasteride and minoxidil, I would add collagen, I'm not kidding, it makes a difference, but it has to be the good ones with low molecular (Dalton) weight, because those are the only collagen that really gets in your body, and it has to be between 10 to 15 grams per day, and regarding showering, end showering with cold water, because when you shower with warm and hot water, your pores opens and get rid of impurities, however, the same happens if you don't close your pores (with cold water), they will get impurities in them and other crap bacteria and dirt will get in, and that also of course affects your hair and skin.
