Truly sad and depressing realities, imagine a life where you lose everyone and everything that made life worth living, people seldom realized or appreciate what they had until it’s gone, and you have no where to go and no one waiting for you if you had someplace to go, and the saddest thing about this dream, for many it’s reality, no wonder so many homeless people immigrate, trying and hoping to find a better life in a foreign country, hope is quintessentially what’s makes us human, willing to suffer unimaginable humiliating and cruel acts along life journeys, only to find more barriers, at journeys end, it actually hard to imagine how cruel people can be, even for those who are cruel to others like predators, survival of the fittest mentality, who make a living preying on the weak and desperate, and go home at night to a waiting family, where they sit down to dinner with their family and thank god for what they have, Amen, then you wake up an realize it was all just a nightmare, and your cat laying besides you comforts you, the calming affect our pets give us is unmeasurable, yet imagine how they must feel when we are forced to give them up because we can’t even afford to feed ourselves, much less them, such realities are far to often reality in a world of misery, cruelty and hopelessness for far to many due to the senseless acts of violence by those with power due to fear of losing what they have, and to often what we fear become reality, for sooner or later, what goes around, comes around for us all, rich and poor alike, everyone has to pay the piper his dues…it is what it is, sadly, blessed are those who never have to endure such nightmares of reality, Peace !
