This album was one of the only bright spots in my life from 7th through 8th grade; I had it on repeat almost constantly on my iPod nano along with Collective Soul, Protest the Hero, Phish, and Dave Matthews Band.

Man this FOB era is unmatched no offense to their now more pop-lenient sound, this time was special and so is their sound now in it's own right.

Still one of my favorite records. I was just in high school, with this one, I was just 16.

I remember buying this album when it came out. A close friend begged me to give FOB a chance, threw this on the stereo after school and had my mind blown. Still as good as it was 16 years ago!

This record is underrated AF, FOB sounds so good, the lyrics are awesome (as always), and for me it really sounds like a step forward from "from under the cork tree" (which is an all timer).

I've got all this ringing in my ears and none on my fingers made me cry so hard for some reason

How can an album be this good? I mean, no bad songs, the lyrics are clever and instruments are top notch.

im 27 this year, fall out boy were my first ever concert back when i was in year 6 so i think 10/11and this was the album they released when i was heavily into them. this is first time listening to this album since so long ago. pete wentz like most others was my favourite. i think fall out boy was my first real music obsession from what i can remember. wow i also just rememebred a memory from listening to the album on the 4th song, i auditioned for the talent show and performed a dance to the song infront of the school on red nose day, i did it for my crush at the time, bradley diggle (he didnt know i was doing the dance for him) i liked him my whole primary school life XD. to think i was so young but felt the songs so much and to now listen to them all again as an adult whos expirienced parts of life my younger self hadnt. kind of sad lol getting to the end of the album and have cried a few times, i went and googled pete wentz and saw how much he aged and realised how much time has passed. im amounting to nothing, living a life of regret
