The Sisters of mercy released Kiss the carpet on the classic The Reptile house EP in 1983. It is also on the compilation Some girls wander by mistake released in 1992.
This cover is inspired by the live-version The Sisters of mercy played on gigs during the period 2011-2017.
I recorded this cover sep-oct 2022.
