Ghost Rider is written by Alan Vega and Martin Rev and it was released by Suicide on their self-titled debutalbum in 1977.
Sister Ray is written by Lou Reed, John Cale, Sterling Morrison and Maureen Tucker and was released by The Velvet Underground on their second album White Light/White Heat in 1968.

The Ghost Rider/Sister Ray medley was the closer of many Sisters-gigs 1983-1985. Sister Ray have been played a few times in the 1990s but not since 2016.

Songs like Louie Louie, Stariway to heaven, Walking the dog and Roadrunner (The Modern Lovers-song and not Road Runner by Bo Diddley) have also been parts of this jam-medley.

I listened to many live-versions of Ghost Rider/Sister Ray but the Melkweg 1984 is the main inspiration. Hear it here:    • The Sisters Of Mercy Amsterdam Melkwe...  

It's quite hard to record a jam-session with a one man band but first I programmed the drums and synthbass, recorded bassguitar and then the vocals. Then I recorded guitars and to get some kind of livejam-feeling at all I kept parts where I dropped the pick and picked the pick up so that's why there's just one guitar at some parts of the song.
