About December 2023, I struggled with suicide and self harm. Everything was blurry to me and I was creating fake versions of people in my mind. I was talking down on myself like crazy, all because I was making other peoples problems my problem and putting so much stress on myself. I was tired of crying and tired of everything. I ghosted my friends, and never told my parents. But I got through it, currently its February 21st. I hope you know that means there's a hope for everyone. This song always brings out that feeling of blaming yourself, you caused this, or you are the reason that this or that person was hurt. But it's only when you truly realize how much of a terrible person you are or were can you improve. The song also makes me think of every opportunity that goes by, that I just didn't grab. Not because it was too difficult to reach but because I became complacent, the worst crime. And the lyrics are like a realization of the fact that I should be other places, happier places, better places. Not just for myself but for others as well, but these are all mistakes we make growing up, all mistakes we make young. At least I hope because if you don't ever realize you're a failure and can do better then you'll be complacent your whole life.
