I am a 17 year old male and been addicted to corn for 4 years. I am also overweight. About a month ago I told myself that enough is enough and wanted to get disciplined. So I told myself that i am going to start losing weight and stop watching corn for good, and that if I failed (again) I will never amount to anything. That sentence may sound cringey but I was tired of not being in control. And now I am 1 month clean of corn and have lost 6kg (around 13 lbs). I am proud of my progression but it is only the beginning. There were days where the urge was so overwhelming that it was the only thing I could think of but I remembered what I said to myself and how much I wanted to take control of my life and kept pushing.
