I remember back in 2015 I kept hearing her name in FB groups. Then Sheldon Goldberg, promoter for New England Championship Wrestling, got her for an appearance on his women's show. I was expecting a lot but Deonna exceeded expectations. Amazing.

I have hopes that Tony Khan doesn't do what he usually does and that he actually pushes Deonna Purrazzo to the moon like Scott D'Amore did when she was in Impact Wrestling but it's Tony Khan and at the very least she'll get a title shot for the TBS Champion and AEW Women's Championship which I'll be happy with.

She did everything she could do in TNA. I would like them to sign Mercedes Mone and make the TBS belt a strong belt. They got all the wrestlers they needed. Deonna ,deeb, Hirsch, shafir, Martinez, Rosa, Billie Starks, lady frost, Tay Melo when she comes back and Mercedes Mone

I honestly don't get why women keep signing with AEW with how Tony Khan treats and books the woman's division ...
Everyone knows he doesn't give two 💩 about women's wrestling like it shows ...
He's just doing what he criticizes WWE of doing and scooping up everyone so the competition can't get them ...
Deonna will probably get booked good for 5 months then be stuck in catering or relegated to ROH where no one really watches ....
Both Deonna and all the other woman there don't deserve that like they're probably getting paid good but is money worth being treated like trash ...
I honestly believe all women's wrestlers should boycott AEW till Tony Khan treats and books the woman's division better and gives them time to shine instead of just doing that for a chosen few ( Toni Storm , Julia Hart , Kris Statlander , etc)

Deonna said once NXT cut her because they felt she "wasn't ready for TV". What really perplexes me about this is there were girls on TV then and now that are nowhere near as good as she is.

You mentioned Deonna winning the TBS Championship. I agree with that . But open challenges. No! Because there is no story behind open challenges. That's why creative is jacked up in the women's division. TBS Championship doesn't need open challenges. It needs a creative story behind it.

Nice for her to get on bigger platform, however I feel Tony will just waste her like a ton of other women that signed there because just signing more people won't fix the problems with the division in AEW.
