In the early 80s I was middle school age, (12-13 years old). The music of that time was so memorable because I was still developing my music tastes. I'm glad that I grew up with great music, opposed to what kids are listening to today.

I graduated in 1982, and lived in a small town, how I wish I could go back and see all the people I loved â¤. It seemed like life was so simple then. My family, friends, teachers, nieghbors I didn't appreciate the people in my life enough. Most of them have passed away now. I miss them so much. The world is just crazy now.

I graduated from high school in 1981 and I met the love of my life that year. A statuesque, ginger-haired beauty with sparkling silver-grey eyes. I remember summer nights that year with the two of us listening to many of these same songs on my car radio while we were parked overlooking the river where we would talk, laugh and kiss for hours.
We're still together today and I still love her more than anything.
