This was my senior year of high school, the music brings back all the memories in a rush! thank you for this time trip...can't get music like this out of the non talented so called artists of today. Long live the 80's there will never be anything close to this music ever, EVER again.

My boyfriend was a sound engineer who helped stage a couple of Billy's shows. I was a chef at the time who tried in between work to take some grub to bands showing up. A lot of bands get off the bus plane, do the sound check. Then go off until the show. Billy. As big as he was at the time, did the sound check, hung around talking to everyone before the show, then after the show during the tare down went around talking to the crew, one and all. Just chatting about. He was sitting on the edge of the stage, legs hanging down shooting the shit with one and all. He could have vanished to his hotel. So kind, so involved w all. When I first saw him on MTV in its infancy I thought what a crazy guy. Got to talk w him a minute or two and what a nice guy. Love his snare, handsome as hell. But It's his inner kindness and personality that is attractive.The guy knows how to put on a show and is a good human being. That's what counts.

1984 was a very special year for me. I started summer camp at Camp Forty Acres in Wilmington, MA, my parents took me to Disney for the first time ever, & we spent almost the entire summer shopping for a replacement for our old 1977 Chevrolet Concours, which ended up being our beloved (& sadly departed) 1985 Dodge Colt Vista wagon. And THESE hot hits were burning up the charts!!!!

1984 great year which I got married to my beautiful bride.
God richly blessed me with the most beautiful woman 40 years ago. He joined us together in marriage. We are deeper in love now than ever.
We so enjoy listening to these songs while out cruising in the exotic speed machine I bought her a few months ago, simply because I love her, respect her, and really like her. It's amazing that she still looks hotter than her car, and I don't mind that kind of problem! She is timeless!
On top of that, we have 7 adult children and our 5 grandchildren.
I am the most blessed man alive!!!!!
