This content came in handy just in time, man. I got a job offer yesterday for media producing and metrics analyzing, and although being in the creation market for a long time (and being really technical with it), I never had a true grasp on how metrics work on practice. Everyone talks about without giving solid examples as it were obvious. Now I feel way more comfortable in taking the job.

One of the best YouTube algorithm vids I've seen. To add to the confusion one of my best performing recent videos has a CTR of 1.4% and it's been steadily declining since release - yet the reach is huge and YouTube keeps pushing it. Go figure?!? It's all random - I've stopped trying to make sense of it. šššš

I clicked on this video not really to intrested at this moment at algorithms, but im always intrested to learn.. when you talk about shortening your video to 15 minutes... ive heard this recently on a podcast with a stand up comic marketer. Saying anyone doing stand up 'specials' should do half an hour or less or even a good 15 mintes.. it takes a genius to hold attention for an hour or so. Where as a 15 minutes will leave people wanting more.
