Your bad habits keep winning because you’re seeking an escape from the current reality. You’re trying to numb the pain by disconnecting from your emotions. Instead, you need to go within and accept how you feel.

I'm in the process of breaking my cravings to binge eat - and I am willing to acknowledge that it's a process and that it takes time <3

The one thing that helped me most with kicking these habits is the phrase 'Resistance is my compass' - your brain tricks you by suggesting you avoid a task and do something more short term fulfilling, however if you use it as your guide of what to do next you can actually kick these bad habits. Plus there's research that shows this resistance is just your norepinephrine system kicking in before you start. I hope this helps you random comment reader! Happy bad habit kicking :)

My extremely worse bad habit is eating in general. I won't explain why but it's something that's I can't really figure out on.

I made an alarm for each hour of the day. When it sounds i jave to think what am i doing and what am i supposed to be doing or have done by then. That has been my awarness. Hour to hoyr goals and a remainder that the hour is gone.
