I've been doing this workout for few months now and for the first time since I started I was able to finish ALL 4 ROUNDS 😭😭 I'm so happy and proud of myself like you would not believe. I usually stop at 2 rounds out of exhaustion but today people I'm an ELITIST AND A BIT OF A SHOW OFF 😭😭

I love that she says word like "we can do it!!" "almost" "doing great!!" "everyone is doing great!" "looking good!" "u got it" these words just make not to give up and makes me wana listen for more and more. Its just worsa that we all need to hear! The hardest part of the workout is to smile. Every time she tells to smile, I forget to breathe and when she reminds me to breathe I forget to smile. smh. Hands down, the best workout ever. 30 minutes of absolute intensity.
