Oh my goodness me I have never experienced a journal meditation before and we have just returned from a five week adventure of the Far East and I kept getting a message that I needed to start my practice with meditation and journalling again so this morning I woke up with that in mind and I found you I am so grateful that I have the opportunities to use these tools to help me on my journey. I stayed in the moment without journalling, although I will write afterwards. I had the most profound understanding presented. I'm still soaking in the knowledge. At 71, I realise how my whole life I have lived a Cartesian split of mind and body. Today, my body informed me how I have not loved it, always judging, always critical. Today I asked for forgiveness and embraced my body in love. Is this what the chronic pain is expressing? I'm excited to find out. I listen to your different meditations daily now, and getting better at being in the moment. Thank you Sarah.
