Since 2016, yoga has become my saving grace. I found this practice during my chaotic teenage years when I was severely disconnected from myself and my body.
I am now dedicated and optimistic about bringing this healing practice to others, especially to those who may currently be struggling.

Oftentimes our flexibility increases as we practice yoga, but becoming flexible is not the ultimate goal of yoga.
The goal of yoga is:
To create space where you were once stuck.
To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart.
To appreciate your body.
To become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.
To make peace with who you are.
The goal is to love yourself wholeheartedly.
To meet yourself wherever you’re at and know that you are enough.
Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish.
