I've always loved driving. My grandparents live 2 hrs away and we went almost every weekend as a kid, and I loved it. There is no feeling like driving your Mom's car alone, in your friend's car with laughter surrounding you, in a quiet school bus on the way home after a tiring game. I'm a travel person, love camping and sightseeing. I hope one day I will be able to take my car in the summer and just go; take a month to go across the country spend a week on the west coast and spend the next month coming home. There are so many things I have seen and am yet to see, I can't wait till the day I do. Meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and enjoying my time with music blasting as I fly down an empty road, it's just so appealing to me. I know that road trips come with a price, sore backs, cramping legs, days without a shower, ridiculous gas prices, loneliness, and homesickness I haven't felt yet but I think those are the things that make the good that much better. I truly fell in love with driving when I was 14, drove for the first time across my grandparents' yard, and have been saving ever since. It's gonna be a long and bumpy road (haha get it) but I can't wait to hear the engine start, feel the wind in my hair, and start my journey.
